1. Understand instructions & requirements & artistic style of various projects, provide art guidance for the production team

2. Collaborate with different 3D Art teams, coordinate resources and projects between multiple internal and external teams and studios

與不同3D藝術團隊合作，在內部團隊和外部團隊/工作室之間協調資源和專案

3. Gather references, produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas for production team

為製作團隊收集資料，提供草圖，故事板，手稿，使概念更為可視化

4. Reach out to team leads and PM to understand their art needs, troubleshoot design or process problem as they arise

與組長、專案經理合作，了解美術需求， 提供解決方案

5. Establish pipelines and introduce new/alternative tools to make production more effective and efficient

建立流程並引入最新的工具以提高製作效率

6. Adjust UI/UX of the product, familiar with Unity

調整及設計產品UI/UX,熟悉unity操作

7.Proven working experience in gaming industry for at least 5 years

遊戲產業美術相關經驗至少5年以上
