Key Job Accountabilities:PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK Office Operation FunctionPAGE-BREAK * Assist office operations, incl but not limited to supplies & facilities management, office security, office hygiene & service, OSH & Health Care, office & equipment maintenance, building & rental apts maintenance, etc.PAGE-BREAK * Lead teams for arranging meetings and office activities PAGE-BREAK * Key coordinator to support Manager in large scale projects like office renovation, office relocation, etc.PAGE-BREAK * Answer questions relating office operations and establish policies and procedures.PAGE-BREAK * Collaborate with diversified functions to support/drive ad hoc assignments & projects.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK Procurement / Expenses / Payment preparationPAGE-BREAK * Assist Venders to build account in payment system.PAGE-BREAK * Perform procurement & purchase procedures, review invoices and payment arrangement. PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK Travel and Assignee’s Relocation CoordinatorPAGE-BREAK * Work with legal team / agent / broker for assignee’s relocation set up.PAGE-BREAK * Key window for Travel information.
