Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for AR, AP, and general ledger data entry, voucher preparation and filing
  • Handle communication and reconciliation with suppliers for payment mainly by cheque/ online banking
  • Check staff expense claims and data input
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and cash flow analysis report
  • Prepare departmental monthly expenses analysis
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly closing on request including boutique sales and intercompany transaction reconciliation
  • Assist in filing of VAT, declaring withholding tax and other tax issues
  • Assist in logistic/ administrative matters upon request
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder/Higher Diploma majoring in Accounting
  • With 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in Retail Business is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken of Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and knowledge in Oracle financial system/ POS System is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, result-oriented, team-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Title may be adjusted according to the seniority / experience of the candidate
