Responsibilities:

● The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely and high-quality service to users, as well as collecting, analyzing, and understanding user needs and preferences. This includes but is not limited to:

● Handling user inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner

● Collecting and analyzing user feedback to understand user needs.

● Planning and executing events and activities to enhance user engagement( and satisfaction)

● Managing and maintaining relationships with users, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

● Collaborating with other teams to enhance the service satisfaction

● Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

● Good oral and written English

● Strong data mindset and analytical skill

● Independent, proactive, self-motivating, resilient & accountable

● Excellent learning motivation, ability, communication, and presentation skills.

● Customer centric and innovation driven mindset

● Excellent knowledge in online customer engagement and growth methodology

● Proficient at professional documentation, analytics tools, project management

● Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 | 14:00 – 23:00 | 22:00 – 07:00
