Binance is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to collaborate with our Clearing and Customer Service teams to ensure customer enquiries are solved timely and correctly.

Overall this position will strive to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities

• Handle back office-clearing chats, and provide 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions via email or online tools
• Assist in the classification and flow of customer issues within the Department
• Be able to judge and accurately locate customer problems
  

Requirements：

• College degree or above
• Proficient in Englishwith clear and logical communication in the language
• Minimum 1 years experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry. Outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply
• People who major in finance are better
• High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous. A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
• Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift
• Positive about the crypto industry
