Key Responsibilities:Client Experience



  • Work alongside Client Experience Manager to plan, organize, and implement in-boutique events such as Art of Styling Moment, Collection Celebration, boutique re-opening and openings
  • Assist Client Experience Manager to implement out of boutique collection events such as Private Viewing, Exclusive Preview, and support VIC team’s events (mainly Color dinner & Portrait)
  • Support Client Experience Manager with production on façade animation and events related to such celebration
  • Act as the coordinator/window for one-house events
Reporting



  • Prepare event books draft
  • Work with Client Insight Assistant Manager on collecting all post-event data to populate event books
  • Produce quarterly competitor report to Regional event team
Budgeting & Cost Control



  • Responsible for expenses control for in-boutique events
Role Specifications:Academic / Professional Qualifications



  • University graduates or above, preferably major in Marketing, Digital marketing, Business administration, etc.
Work Experience



  • Minimum 3 years work experience in event/experience planning and/or campaign management, preferably in luxury/fashion brands
  • Previous experiences in event management, PR agency, hospitality/VIC concierge is a plus.
  • Familiarity or prior experience in social & digital CRM is a plus

  • Self-motivated and independent but also a good team player
  • Comfortable to work under pressure and multi-task under constantly evolving circumstances
  • Solid grasps of both Chinese & English (spoken/written)
