Job Objective:

Lead a team with integrated knowledge and experience across product, operation and technology.

- To enable new business by introducing new products/ features/ channels through existing or new technology system, channels and eco-system platforms for Payments, Assets and Liabilities.

- To handle system enhancement, parameter maintenance and provide system supports for PAL.

- To streamline product process and improve operational efficiency for PAL.

Principle Responsibilities :

- Provide business solutions and system support for Credit Card including Issuing & Acquiring, Unsecured Loan, Secured Lending, and Deposit

- Review Parameter update for V+, LMS, EPP, SBI, Finacle engine

- Oversee and ensure all reengineering projects are completed within budget and schedule

- Oversee and ensure all system enhancements are implemented smoothly within budget and schedule

- Review user requests of system enhancements for PAL

- Handle Visa, MasterCard system compliance and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations

- Provide business solutions and arrange system supports for marketing campaign

- Improve product and service process for customer experience and operational efficiency

Relevant Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Credit Card, Unsecured Loan, and/or Secured Lending & Deposit with at least 10 years in management level.

- Credit Card Operation, Technology, or Reengineering background is preferred

Functional /Technical Competencies :

- Good knowledge in Credit Card, Unsecure Loan, Secured Lending, and Deposit systems

- Good knowledge in Visa/MasterCard operations, NCCC/JCIC rules & regulations

- Extensive knowledge in Credit Card, Unsecured Loan, Secured Lending, and Deposit industry

- Sensitive to new technology development and applications

- Good leadership skill

- Strong problem solving and planning skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Organized, analytical, innovative and self-initiated

- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
