As a Business Operations Associate at CakeResume, you will fully immerse yourself in PR event, campaign planning and execution to drive marketing expansion and business success, and then zoom out to develop key accounts, and key strategic partners via cold calls, email exchanges, meetings and networking events.

Responsibilities

You’ll be working closely with regional business teams, marketing teams, and COO to achieve our global mission

— building the largest talent pool in APAC.

  • Customer obsession: serve as point person and trusted partner with customers, providing counsel and setting expectations for program execution; maintain proactive attitude, responsibility and perspective that continually advances the quality of work.
  • PR event leadership: ensure consistent tone and accuracy of content, review key content pieces (such as press releases Q&A documents, bylines), and drive development of key messages and PR plans for customers.
  • Integrated communications: oversee strategy and execution for integrated communications that cover traditional PR, digital and social marketing.
  • Strategic partnerships: drive strategy for potential partner pitching, maintain a network of strategic partners.
  • Performance tracking and quality management: Oversee day-to-day account activities with speed and accuracy, track account budget and service levels, and provide input on staffing hours. Oversee and review all reporting efforts, track results against annual goals, and drive customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • Fresh graduate with a good bachelor/master degree in any discipline with less than 2 years of full-time working experience

Interview process

There are three main stages in our interview process:

  • Video call (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
  • Take-home exercise & review
  • Onsite interview (1 - 2 hours visiting)
