Position Impact

Gogoro Global Distribution team covers a complete commercial journey for both business and operation management in overseas markets. Our duties include but are not limited to market research, partnership selection, business development, business modeling, financial modeling, contract negotiation, project commercialization and business operations. We are looking for a Business Manager who is able to work closely with partners to drive and grow the businesses, and ultimately grow to become a complete business professional who is able to handle all team duties through self-learning, self-monitoring and hands-on executions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the major contact point to assist customers in growing the business. Tasks include but are not limited to creating and executing Go-To-Market strategies, channel management, supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, partner relationships enhancement, problem solving and field insight feedback.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure all business requirements are being taken care of in a comprehensive and timely manner. Functions include but are not limited to hardware, software, MIS, finance, marketing, service, manufacturing, quality, supply-chain and logistics.
  • Deliver the sales result according to the target.
  • Researching and collecting market insights.
  • Requirements

  • Strong mental strength to handle high pressure in a frequently-changing startup environment.
  • Strong logical thinking, communication, and organization skills to coordinate with both external and internal teams.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset plus not afraid of getting hands dirty attitude to get the job done.
  • Strong problem solving capability to resolve complex issues in a comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Strong sense of self-learning and self-motivation.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in account management or similar roles/businesses.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the distribution business is a plus.
  • Having a network with the automotive or energy distribution or Oil & Gas industries is a plus.
  • Experience in handling P&L is a plus.
