Responsibilities

• Perform complex customer support activities involving the installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance of Brooks equipment and systems to ensure proper working order.
• Isolates and resolves complex equipment malfunctions, and implements corrective action.
• Works under minimal supervision following established policies and procedures to ensure company and customer quality standards are met.
• May act as Local/Shift/Site CSE to coordinate work direction for other Service Engineers and install support as needed.
• Position will be located in Taiwan region. Candidate may be assigned to support a specific customer site or Product, depending upon business needs.
• Required to work in a Clean Room environment wearing a full clean room suit according to customer requirements.
  

Experience

• 良好的溝通技巧、英文能力佳。
• 熟練使用PC，以及基本windows的操作系統。
  

Education

機械工程相關、電機電子工程相關、工程學科類或其他相關領域學、碩士學歷。
