• Typically performs a well-defined full range of routine tasks
• Provides a service through the application of established methods, systems and procedures within a defined framework
  

Responsibilities And Requirements

• Requires developed proficiency through job-related training and/or considerable on-the-job experience
• Typically requires formal qualification/vocational training plus some experience in a similar role required
• Mainly completes work with a moderate degree of supervision
• Often receives and passes on complex information
• May make calculations and perform straightforward analyses
• Settles minor problems or complaints within agreed limits
• Explains tasks to others
• May operates complex equipment, techniques and or methods in the delivery of a specialist service or function
• Requires good organisation skills
• Typically provides informal guidance and support to lower Work Levels
• Has developed skills in a range of processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks, typically acquired on the job
• Often identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data
• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
• Generally performs moderately complex and varied tasks
• Mainly works with a moderate degree of supervision
