Associate/Assistant Brand Manager

This role is brand owner who responsible for business & brand objectives and lead the commercial innovation & execution. He or She will develop data-driven marketing campaign, and work with cross functional team to grow category and build brand equity.

What You Will Do

Cultivate empathy & Formulate strategy

Able to assess, analyse, interpret data, and transform to insight for action

Connect different data insight to identify category growth driver and solutions to create differentiation and competitiveness in the market

Develop strong category and brand story to consumer and customer

Business & Financial Acumen

Lead business operation process from planning to execution

Manage A&P budget, forecasting and optimise spends for effective utilisation of the investments.

Drive brand contribution improvement with better mix and planning

Ignite Experience & Reimagine Performance

Brand management: manage existing business or new product launch to drive category growth, including go to market strategy and claim development via coworking with cross functions

Campaign execution: develop IMC campaign or adaptation campaigns consumer communication, including agency management, quality control, campaign performance monitoring etc.

Consumer experience management: connect consumer with integrated data framework that leveraging both conventional and new media (Online, social media), PR and BTL (communication in the stores)

Marketing operation management: work with discipline from planning to execution with stakeholders

Compliance Process Managementon regulatory, legal, quality & control and financial to align with Credo based decision

Key Deliverables

Sales, Offtake, Category Growth, Market Share, Brand Contribution, investment Effectiveness and Efficiency (Brand TIE, ROI, ROAS, etc), 1st party data activation KPI (conversation, active members engagement, etc.), Operation discipline

Key stakeholders are regional franchise team, local cross functional team and strategic partner (from agency)

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • University educated in business or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of brand and product management experience with proven track record. Prior experience in FMCG industry is a bonus
  • Customer development, trade marketing, media or agency experience is a bonus
  • Innovative and results oriented
  • Fast learner & open minded for changes
  • Good discipline and attention to details
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and business acumen
  • Good English proficiency in written and oral
  • Resilience, agile mindset to cope with ambiguity & pressure
