Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to

  • The accuracy and timely of the financial reporting and analysis in accordance with country requirements, corporate policies, and industry practices of the countries
  • Collaborate with Business Unit to ensure reasonableness of financials including actual results and planning assumption
  • To work as the business partner to business heads on major business initiatives including but not limited to strategy, acquisition and investment
  • Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place

Reporting

  • Direct Line: Taiwan Finance Manager

Specific Responsibilities

Reporting Accuracy & Compliance

  • Timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial statements, analysis, and other reporting requirements
  • Analyze monthly financial results and explain primary drivers of variances from budget, forecast and prior year
  • Assist budgeting, forecasting and planning process, working across business lines when needed
  • Coordinate external and internal audits and following up on audit recommendations

Business Partnering

  • Build up partnership across business managers to enhance financial performance and support business development and corporate strategies regionally and globally
  • Project Supports including but not limited to: Finance transformation initiatives, potential acquisitions evaluation, new business model planning and execution, major capital investments review

Profile

  • University or Graduate graduated in Finance/Accounting, with at least 5 years working experience, including Auditing, FP&A and management experience
  • Experience in audit, Big 4, is a must
  • CPA License is a must
  • Good English writing and verbal capability.
  • Experience in International Company with multi-cultural environments is a must
  • Articulate in a strong matrix organization
  • Able to coordinate and motivate self and a team towards business goals and will demonstrate an ability to transform and upgrade team
