[Role Purpose]

The Assistant Brand Manager is designed to co-work with Brand Manager to own the in charge categories, and to ensure all aspects of marketing operation are carried out smoothly.

[Main Accountability]

• Monitor product in-market performance, responsible for sales tracking.
• Co-work with Brand Manager to execute new product development & launch campaign, lead sub projects and independently communicate with relevant internal departments.
• Lead various projects; cooperate with creative agencies, PR agencies, etc.
• Work with research department for research projects, understand consumer insights and apply key learning.
  
  

Your Profile

[Knowledge, Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor’s degree or above in art & visual design related fields.
• English proficiency.
• 2-3 years of ad/ digital agencies + 0-1 year of in-house brand management (nice to have) background.
• Good ownership/ good learning agility/ a good team player with flexibility. 5. Demonstrated creativeness & out of box thinking capability.
