This position has two responsibility: Act as Taiwan Helium Product Manager and Asset Manager for onsite/franchise plant in north and central Taiwan.

Nature and Scope

Helium product manager

This position manages Helium Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in the Taiwan with coordinate global Helium product team for logistic planning. In addition to SOP & logistic planning, the asset management of Helium production and supply chain is included.

Asset manager

This position manages the assets of onsite/pipeline in north/central Taiwan, which includes the following scope.

• Lead commercial and onsite matrix in all aspects of small plant projects ex. purifier expansions, analytical equipment and capacity improvement, etc. at existing sites
• Foster/Develop relationship with the key customers in conjunction with sales. Ensure Air Products to meet their needs and to better understand how Air Products can continue adding value to their respective facilities and areas
• Maintain each franchise’s and onsite plant’s asset lists to monitor asset utilization, recycling, maintenance, replacement, relocation, upgrade and retirement
• Cooperate with the operation team to continuously optimize assets to ensure high productivity and utilization and to minimize waste and risk
• Collect market intelligence and marketing information to support the sales team’s bid activities and to constantly update each franchise’s and onsite plant’s thorough profiles to be ready to be presented internally or externally at any time
