ResponsibilitiesCustom Design Application Engineer (AE) plays a key role in working with customers, sales, and R&D to develop and deploy solutions for analog and mixed-signal design with Synopsys Custom Design platform, including schematic design, simulation environment, and layout implementation.You will work closely with sales to create new opportunities, position Synopsys Custom Design platform for success, and increase business. You will also collaborate with R&D to drive product enhancements and manage customer requests as needed to support business.Requirements

• Familiar with analog or mixed-signal design flow. ASIC/SoC design flow is plus.
• Self-motivated & work independently with good communication and presentation skill.
• Good command of English is required.
• Has a desire to learn and explore new technologies or tools. Demonstrates a positive attitude and good soft skills in team work.
• Experiences in Spice simulation, circuit design with schematic entry, simulation environment, or layout creation. Has DRC/LVS/RC Extraction experience is plus.
• UNIX navigation and TCL scripting (Python is plus)
