Job content

Responsibilities

Support the field application engineer in each region when product issues are reported to HQ

1. Provide technical support to field application engineers in global branch offices.

2. Act as a technical consultant for the product and project managers.

3. Investigate and clarify technical problems related to product usage.

4. Work closely with development engineers and be an interface between engineering and customers.

5. Setup POC, and demos. tests and benchmarks for various products.

Products include Industrial PC and Display

Qualifications

1. Debugging, and analytical skills with critical thinking.

2. At least 3 years of prior experience in the PC or IPC industry

3. Understand computer systems, understand datasheets, and read schematics.

4. Communicate in English. (Customers & Worldwide sales engineers)

5. Experience with Linux command line and embedded OS will be good.

6. Capable of execution
