Responsibilities

1. Android platform OS(Operation System) level experience design for Android-based Interactive Flat Panel(IFP) hardware products – including software platform launching experience, setup wizard, tool bar, user sign-in, and integration with myViewBoard educational services ecosystem.

2. Requirement gathering and communication with ViewSonic regional teams about integrated platform experience.

3. Android platform software project management – work with related parties (UX/UI, software RD, hardware RD, hardware project managers, regional service and support teams) to manage the delivery of the integrated platform experience for multiple IFP hardware product projects.

4. Work with Data team to analyze the user behavior of the integrated platform to further refine the products.

5. Market analysis and competitor comparison

Qualifications

1. Experience in software experience product management for hardware products that require heavy user interactions. Such as mobile phone and tablet.

2. Experiences in working with R&D team to manage software experience across different hardware projects.

3. Experiences working with UX/UI team to design the user interface

4. Knowledge of both waterfall and agile development approach

5. Fluent in English reading, speaking, and writing

6. Knowledge of platform OS level software design for Android-based hardware is a plus

7. Knowledge of interactive display hardware product is a plus
