Job SummaryYou will be responsible for book keeping, accounts receivables, vendor payments, government compliance for tax, etc.What You’ll Do

• Control of Petty Cash reimbursement and carry out cash count on a monthly basis.
• Arrange payment to suppliers, input payment entries to e-banking system
• Account Receivable billing and invoicing
• Assist Controller in cashflow projection
• Maintain vendor master with updated bank account information.
• Prepare Bank book as per local requirement.
• Control of Fixed Assets and booking of provision for depreciation, annually physical counting.
• VAT declaration filling and Withholding tax filling
• Perform other duties as the Company may authorize or assign from time to time

Technical Skills：

• Familiar with ERP accounting systems (E-count system), Microsoft office etc.

Required Aptitudes

• Accounting knowledge

Pertinent ExperienceWith 1 to 2 years of experience in the accounting field and with a foreign invested company would be a plus.Language RequirementsAble to communicate in English (read, write and speak)EducationDegree in Accounting or Economic would be preferred.
