[Summary]

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking an Accountant who is energetic and detail-oriented to support our fast growing organization. This role will be a member of the Accounting department located in Taiwan. The responsibilities of the Accountant are included but not limited to manage accounting document filing and RMA credit note on a daily basis. The individual works closely with our accounting, sales, and RMA departments to ensure that the accounting documents filing and every RMA credit note are processed and delivered on time. Taking the initiative and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are also essential for success in this position. The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company’s high growth rate.

[Essential Duties and Responsibility]

The main jobs included but not limited to:

1. Issue RMA Credit Note

2. Responsible for accounting document filing and yearly record retention

3. Prepare monthly expense allocation and expense fluctuation reasonability

4. Assist Accounting Firm audit matters

5. Ad-hoc requests assigned by supervisor

[Qualifications]

1. College or above and major in Accounting or Business related

2. Able to prepare financial narrative, deliver presentation and attend business meeting in fluent English.

3. Disciplined and self-motivated, willing to solve problem under time pressure

4. Thoughtful in communication, pleasant interpersonal skill

5. Attention on details and knowledge behind the numbers
