Account/Project Manager(camera system product)

Job content

Responsibilities

1.Lead project development from kick off to mass production to ensure project completion.

2.Drive customer’s requirement including spec, cost, schedule, budget, quality, regulatory and continuous process improvement.

3.Cross functional coordination

Internal: Cross-department, RFP/RFQ process preparation

External: Customer Credit Evaluation / Contract Review / Biz Model & Process

4.Possess business acumen and understanding of OEM/ODM/JDM business model and key aspects of manufacturing operations.

5.Accountable for meeting regional sales targets and organizational KPIs.

6.Develop and implement relevant sales strategies for any existing, new accounts within the assigned markets to meet overall sales objectives。

Key Competencies

1.Bachelor above. Engineering background is better.

2.Good English capability on listening, speaking, reading and writing.

3.Over 5 years experience in project management, two years in Account management

4.Had experienced working with WW Tier one customers.

5.Had experienced work for System manufacturer.

6.Personality: proactive, aggressive, easy going, and willing work under pressure.
