Role & Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other functional teams such as R&D, supply chain, manufacture and quality assurance.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Account management on demand forecast, customer needs, problems and troubleshooting, interests, competitor activities, and positive/negative potential for existing or new products and services.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and key project milestones within schedule.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Manage and collaborate with distributor.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or above degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business.
  • More than 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor industry and with knowledge of semiconductor fabrication or advanced package processes.
  • Experiences in TSMC or global accounts management.
  • Ability to network different level in organization from engineering to management.
  • Fluent in communications with Mandarin and English.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative or field/customer service role.
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven. Good team player. Could work at high pressure situations.
  • Excellent selling, communication, time management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
