AC-DC Power IC Product Marketing

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the growth and expansion of Richtek’s AC-DC power conversion IC and responsible for the revenue and margin goal.

2. Lead the product promotion, such as product training, promotion collateral, design-in supporting, with sales teams located in different geographic areas.

3. Lead the definition of new product, its differentiation and promotion strategy with internal engineering staffs.

4. Lead the product penetration into key accounts.

5. Managing product marketing staffs to achieve the goals in revenue & margin, product promotion, new product roadmap planning and kick-off, pricing, understanding the competition landscape.

Qualification:

1. 10 years in AC-DC IC industry with records in new product definition and planning, product promotion, key account penetration.

2. Familiar with AC-DC power supply industry’s applications, competition landscape, trends, customers.

3. Good in cross-team communication with proactive attitude.

4. College degree and above in EE is preferred.

5.Being Familiar with Motor driver IC is a plus.

Job Location:

1. Frequent travel to Taiwan is required when pandemic is eased.
