• Deliver training through classroom instruction or alternative training method.
• Facilitate specialized training in coordination with SMEs across the network as required by identified needs.
• Continuously Evaluate and Improve training delivery and materials based on evaluation results
• Participate to be consultant in cross-functional teams for problem solving
• Conduct needs assessments and analyses to support both short-term and long-term technical training needs.
• Work with management and SMEs to develop new technical training.
• Monitor and Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of training.
• Identify technical training gaps and opportunities and address accordingly. [Business Process] Site process steward

Requirement

• Majoring in Industrial Eengineering
• Post graduate student from 1st year to 2nd year/ Year 4 college student to post graduate
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• English Skills needed
• Team work needed
• Good Analytical and problem solving skill
• On Call support duty needed
• Good MS Excel and database skills
