The ideal candidate will:

• Develop multiple recruitment channels and play a key role to build up a strong talent force for the responsible business units.
• Work with the hiring team to develop hiring strategies and conduct recruiting that meets business goals and objectives.
• Be accountable for the end-to-end hiring process and the perfection of customer experience in terms of candidates and hiring managers and employer branding.
• Assist HR project implementation.
• Support employer branding program and other assignments by the supervisor when needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5 years above progressive HR experience including talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated, full-cycle talent acquisition experience that delivers strong hiring results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to simplify complex situations with different counterparts.
• Strong organizational skills and proven time management techniques
• Ability to work effectively with highly confidential information.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced growing office environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
