作業風險管理專業人員

1.優化作業風險管理制度，訂定相關準則，並運用風險管理工具持續精進作業風險管理。
2.辦理營運持續管理(BCM)專案相關作業。
3.協助各單位了解風險管理原則，強化風險意識並落實作業風險管理。
4.協助各業務單位進行作業風險事件通報，並進行分析與追蹤。
5.與各業務單位風險管理人員相互合作，辦理相關作業風險評估並建立關鍵風險指標。
6.協助監控風險，定期或不定期呈報分析報告。

• Other requirements： 1.邏輯思考及問題解決能力強，溝通協調、適應力與抗壓性佳。
  2.主動積極的態度，獨立作業的能力，並能與團隊合作、分享。
  3.需具壽險公司之相關經驗，如有作業風險管理、法遵或稽核相關經驗佳。
