Responsibilities
  • 擬定選/訓/用/留計畫。
  • 建置完整召募與任用制度, 包含職務說明書、薪資結構、召募甄選流程。
  • 建立完善的發展體制, 並以系統化方式進行員工培訓。
  • 績效管理與薪酬制度、擬定調薪政策、獎酬制度、退休金制度。
  • 調解勞資爭議、處理員工資遣解雇...等特殊人力資源相關議題。
